Pizza Hut in Dusseldorf

Went there on Sunday at 6:00 pm. Lights from the store closed. I was only 20 km away. Thanks for no hints, neither on Google nor on the HomePage.

Not recommendable!!!! The slowest delivery service !!! I waited over 90 minutes for two pizzas !!! You lose your appetite, you can't cancel anymore !! Waste of money and time, never again !!!!!!!!!

At the moment you can of course only have something delivered or order something online or by phone. Unfortunately, you can't reach anyone there by phone, so I ordered online. You can choose whether to pay online or on site. You can also choose whether you want to get the order as soon as possible or at a certain time. As soon as you have ordered, you have an overview of how far the pizza is. For me it was unfortunately so that the pizza was already in "preparation". After I finally found a parking space, which was very difficult at this location. I received a call that allegedly there was no longer any cheese crust and my order had to be canceled. And that was only noticed 5 minutes before my pick-up time. But at least I insisted on a pizza without cheesecrust, which was still possible. So my recommendation is not to order the pizza for 7:50 pm because then the cheese crusts are apparently sold out. The pizza is otherwise tasty, a bit expensive but tasty.

We have already ordered several times because the pizza tastes good to us, but also the one star. Unfortunately, the delivery time of 30 minutes with the advertised is never kept and you always wait at least 1 hour. It also happened that nobody came. If you try to call, you have to try more often and then you are only told that the driver is on the way. They do not apologize. We have just been waiting again for an hour. Maybe it was the last attempt with this branch.

I was always satisfied except when I discovered a hair in the pizza today. If I had time, I would go straight to the branch

This is the 2nd time that you can't get a pizza at 7:30 p.m. although it is open until 8:00 p.m. Allegedly everything was sold and nothing left - INCREDIBLE !!!! Who does not want it, already has it!

The delivery service has been closed for a week and it is always closed today, open tomorrow and the next day closed today open tomorrow. This has been going on since Tuesday

Waited a good hour for 4 medium pizzas. The employees mostly walk through the store without a mission and also make phone calls at work.

Any Italian would turn in their grave over pizza. My tip: spray less separating spray into the pan, then the bottom will not become so full. The mask requirement is also not taken very seriously. The boss walks from customer to customer without a mask, even in front of the counter

We had purchased an OFFICIAL voucher from Groupon, which explicitly stated this Pizza Hut branch. We wanted to redeem it and then there were several different attempts to not accept it: Once it was not redeemable at the branch, then I proved him wrong. After that said the scan machine was broken. It's not about the money, of course, but simply about the fact that you apparently wanted to avoid a discount. Then you should communicate this clearly and not try to cheat the customer with such greedy methods. After I spoke to the "boss" / branch manager, he tried to offer something different (of course more expensive). As a matter of principle, I didn't eat there.

There is a small parking lot of the main street.

The place is super small, almost no places to sit and they didn’t sell pizza pieces even though that was on the menu! On top of that (and perhaps the worst part), the service was terrible! The guy on the till couldn’t speak German or English and couldn’t understand what we said. He was in a bad mood and with a terrible attitude. Won’t be coming back.

I came here with 5 family members and we expected a restaurant like the ones in Dubai , large , with tables , and a salad bar with family offers. But I don’t think PizzaHut has quite the hype here. Anyways the pizza was very tasty which is unusual because in Pizza Hut in the Middle East , Pizza Hut is considered fast food and doesn’t have as good of a pizza in terms of quality and taste . This Pizza was incredibly good which is strange to a person who thought the only good thing about Pizza Hut pizzas is the cheese. This restaurant is best for takeout . It has such limited space that doesn’t accommodate parties or large groups like in many stores around the world. Satisfied with my takeout however ??
